More about our founder
Michelle Christensen is the owner of Papillion Windows & Siding. She obtained her B.S. in Accounting degree from Northwest Missouri State University and has many years of accounting experience, both public and private. She opened the business in February 2006, under the premise of providing superior customer service, which is unique in the home improvement industry. Michelle approaches her business decisions from the homeowner’s perspective and considers the customers' wants and needs as a top priority at all times.
She is also passionate about volunteering in the community and currently is a member of the Neighborhood Board of Directors and volunteers for the pantry.
Michelle lives in Papillion and has two children who attended Papillion LaVista High School.

Operations Manager
Trisha Blessie, our Operations Manager, is the driving force behind our commitment to Diamond Quality Service. She initiates scheduling of estimates, deliveries, installations, and is responsible for numerous aspects of projects, including the supervision of projects, communication with customers, and follow up. Trisha has over 9 years experience in the industry and specializes in roofing products.
